SD Huesca, together with its social arm Fundación Alcoraz, is deeply committed to using football as a force for good in the local community of Aragón and across Spain. Beyond the excitement of matchdays, the Foundation leads initiatives that focus on education, social inclusion, equal opportunities, and community wellbeing. Their programmes aim to bring people together, break down barriers, and ensure that everyone has access to the benefits of sport.

As a Spanish partner in the Diversity Wins project, Fundación Alcoraz contributed to the development of resources and the delivery of activities promoting diversity and anti-discrimination in schools and grassroots football. By engaging young people and local stakeholders, the Foundation helped highlight the importance of respect, tolerance, and inclusion both on and off the pitch.

Through its participation, Fundación Alcoraz strengthened the project’s European reach and provided valuable insights into how football clubs can act as community anchors, promoting equality and inspiring the next generation to stand together against discrimination.
