Excelsior Rotterdam

Excelsior Rotterdam is a club with strong roots in the local community of Kralingen and the city of Rotterdam. Beyond achievements on the pitch, the club has a long-standing commitment to social responsibility, focusing on education, health, employment, and inclusion. Through its foundation Excelsior4All, thousands of local residents are reached each year with programmes that use sport as a tool for social development.

As a Dutch partner in the Diversity Wins project, Excelsior Rotterdam endorsed the importance of diversity and equal opportunities in football and society, and contributed input in the project’s early stages regarding local context and community challenges. While the club did not deliver the full education programme as originally planned, Excelsior remains dedicated to promoting inclusive and accessible football, ensuring that everyone feels welcome in the Excelsior family.
